MIF human Recombinant, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was cloned into an E. coli expression vector and was purified to apparent homogeneity by using conventional column chromatography techniques. Macrophage Inducing Factor Human Recombinant is a single, glycosylated, polypeptide chain having amino acids from 1-114 and having a molecular mass of 16.6 kDa.
