...ES cells were treated with trypsin/EDTA for 5 min and were plated onto 0.1% gelatin-coated dishes at 37°C for 30 min, and unadhered ES cells were collected and cultured in the ES medium in 2-well chamber slides (Nalge Nunc International, Naperville, IL) coated with 0.5% gelatin overnight.
