Format: Affinity Purified - liquid
Immunogen: Hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, NS0-derived, recombinant human Cathepsin F (rhCathepsin F; Accession # NP_003784, aa 20 - 484).
Description/Data:

Cathepsin F is a cysteine protease that plays a role in invariant chain processing and major histocompatibility complex class II peptide loading by macrophages. Cathepsin F has the substrate specificity similar to that of cathepsins L and S.
Image: Cathepsin F staining of paraffin-embedded human heart tissue sections. Tissues were stained using anti-mouse HRP-DAB Cell and Tissue Staining Kit and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue).
